Architectural Review: Please remember that any change to the exterior of your home (fence, pool, paint, satellite dish, screens, etc) must be approved prior to beginning any work. • Please remember to pick up the trash at the waters edge of lakes and not to litter the streets or common areas.
• Slow down when driving in the community. There are children playing
• All garbage and refuse shall be placed for pickup not earlier than the evening preceding pickup, and all containers for garbage and refuse shall be returned no later than the evening of pickup to their normal, hidden location.
• Vehicles shall be kept in driveway or garage. Garage doors shall remain closed when not in use. Recreational vehicles, mobile homes, trailer, campers, or commercial vehicles are not permitted unless they can keep fully within an enclosed garage. Overnight street parking is prohibited.
Association’s Covenant Enforcement Committee will begin to hold hearings again and impose fines to any violators. |
